Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where you dance however feels natural to you. There's no choreography, no right or wrong way to move, and no one watching or judging. It's part meditation, part community, part pure expression.

Not at all. Ecstatic dance welcomes all bodies, all ages, and all skill levels. If you can sway, shuffle, or even just sit and breathe, you belong here.

A welcoming space, music by a live DJ, and a room full of people moving in their own way. We open with a brief workshop, hold the floor as a sacred space for free movement, and wind down with a closing sound bath. Our social lounge is open throughout the entire event whenever you need a moment to rest or connect.

A few simple guidelines: no shoes on the dance floor, no talking during the dance, no phones or cameras, and no substances. These exist to keep the space safe and free for everyone.
